For finance teams, the plans differ in who runs the work and how much of it there is. The controls are the same on both.

Transactions

A transaction is each supplier bill, each sales invoice and each bank statement line Hysaab processes in the month. Self-serve starts at USD 199* a month for up to 100 transactions; then USD 399* up to 250, USD 649* up to 500 and USD 999* up to 1,000. Above 1,000, or for a group, the work is the managed service, scoped. *Indicative prices, confirmed in writing before you start.

The free Books Check

A read-only look at your own Xero or QuickBooks: what Hysaab finds, with nothing written to your ledger. It is free. The fee starts when Hysaab works in your accounting system full time.

Entities

Self-serve covers one company on one connected accounting system. Groups and multiple entities are managed-service work and are priced per scope.

Onboarding

Connecting the books and agreeing the approval rules happens before the first month. It is included; the time it takes depends on the state of the books, and we tell you upfront.

Support

Every customer can write to a person. The managed service adds a named accountant and a monthly review; self-serve support is by email in working hours.

Overages

If a month runs past your band, Hysaab keeps working: the books never stop mid-month. The next band applies from the following month, and we tell you before it does. There are no silent overage charges.

VAT on the fee

Quotes state the fee and whether VAT applies to it, so the number you approve is the number you pay.
