40 business days from notification under the Tax Procedures Law. The notification day does not count, nor do Saturdays and Sundays, and a deadline on a non-business day moves to the next business day (Article 49). Add the public holidays that fall in the window, since some are only fixed shortly before. File early: a refused extension request is final.
